Early in the organising process, we surveyed attendees of previous congresses to find out what they would like to see in 2009. Using this valuable information, we have assembled a team of inspiring speakers covering the issues that professional marketers in WA wanted to hear more about.

Charlie Nelson is an economic, social, and environmental forecaster with over 30 years experience. He combines insights with statistics to develop forecasting models which have a good track record for accuracy. His analysis encompasses retail, automotive, media, fmcg, finance, and social policy. He predicted in April 2009 that Australia had escaped recession, just before the budget predicted stagnant growth and 8.5% unemployment.

Declan possesses a wide variety of strengths including his ability to motivate staff, his strong rapport with clients and a thorough knowledge of the skills of Sales Management. Declan was appointed General Manager of 96FM and 6PR in August 2002 and has been in charge of both 96fm and 6PR for the past seven years.
